Top level interpreter services are available for the following languages: Spanish, English, Dutch, French, German and Italian. For legal matters with Court and Justice authorities involvement, a specialized approach is needed. We have the experience ! Concentrated on -potential- Court cases in Europe and the Dutch Antilles with Spanish-Dutch-English language translation situations we offer you the best available option by joining forces with our sworn interpreter, Anita Van Mele. Our clients are both individuals as companies. Further we are proud to serve governmental and supra national organizations, non-profit foundations, international task forces, global medical assistance teams and insurance companies. We assist on-site, 24/7, and are immediate available in urgent cases. It is our experience that on-site assistance substantially reduces risks of miscommunication when preparing the legal documents necessary for judicial follow-up. In certain cases a sworn interpreter may be needed to communicate with authorities. This includes police officers, coast guard, immigration authorities and militaries. Depending the nature of the case our principal will be the individual or corporation involved or the governmental authority. In many cases a lawyer representing a party would contact us, which we then consider as our principal, unless otherwise agreed. Our stand-by services for interpreter tasks are available in amongst others the following situations: Interrogations of suspects of a crime by authorities. These may be hearings on a police site or in Court. Assisting family in communication with hospitals, medical doctors, police and local authorities in case of an accident, critical illness or injury. Assisting tourists and visitors with police filings in cases of theft of goods and documents, robbery, vehicle accidents, and all incidents they may be confronted with. Assistance to owners of ships, whether professional or recreational, with all legal implications when using mooring sites, in case of accidents and personal situations of crew members. Assistance to airplane owners with all legal matters related to aircraft acceptance in airspace, airport and in case of accidents. Identification of a deceased victim of a crime or accident where family and authorities need legal confirmation. Further, our interpreter services can be booked in advance. These include business meetings, events, seminars, congresses and meetings of communities of property owners. Our specialty is Court hearings in both civil and criminal cases. For your convenience may serve that our rates are based on an hourly fee that is related to the nature, complexity and priority of the mission. Our hourly fees range from EUR 50 to EUR 100 (US$ 65 to US$ 250). Disbursements are not included. Travelcosts are charged seperately and may include the use of car, aircraft and vessel. In case of on-site assistance a protective scheme may be demanded. We will be happy to offer you a quotation !
